This is the Bridgeland Taber Corn Berbon you know and love — with a new twist: Taber Corn Berbon Whisky at an elevated 101 proof (50.5%). This product is inspired by Alberta nature. With the best grain in the world, this bourbon style whisky is the result of the best that our agriculture offers: Taber corn, Penhold wheat and barley grown by two incredible families: the Molnar’s in Taber and the Hamill’s in Penhold.

The first aromas that greet you when you open the bottle are reminiscent of a peach custard pie — rich, creamy, and sweet, with a hint of fruitiness that makes your mouth water.  Subtle notes of sweet oak come through, adding a layer of warmth and complexity. The finish lingers with a gentle spark of pepper and a whisper of sweet fennel.
