A rich and complex single pot still Irish whiskey, bottled directly from the cask without dilution, encapsulating the whiskey’s authentic essence at an impressive 58.6% alcohol by volume.
Nose: Spicy fruit and oak notes, vanilla, sultanas, pear, Sherried notes and tropical cake.
Palate: Mouth-filling, satisfying, huge. Sweet stewed fruits, lively spice, and a biscuity core.
Finish: More spice, creamy caramel, malt and fruit.
